Three LP’s for Freerange Records in the past ten years make Manuel Tur one of the artists whose name is strongly associated with the British deep house finest labels of our days. The last “Es Cub” LP came out there five years ago and since then Tur used to work with Adrian Hoffmann and their side projects Clavis, which also contributed to Freerange since his album.
Manuel Tur is back with a solo threetracker EP “Organic Reach” where he continues to push his sound forward on three original tracks. All three are deep house of the top quality and has own twist. The cut in the premiere, “Hold Your Hand” is a masterpiece of emotive, widescreen atmospherics with organic percussion, pulsing bass and jazz vocal refrain adding to the dramatic late-night mood.
