Mendo has been producing house since early 2000’s and everyone familiar with his productions know his love for funky and sample driven sound. In this decade he started collaborating with fellow Swiss-born Yvan Genkins to create a bit more underground tech house.
Next week the pair will make their debut on Mar-T’s acclaimed label, Wow! Recordings, entitled “Buggsy”. The title track is a funk-driven house roller with a vibrant percussion built around old-school funk/disco bass line and vocal samples. A nice groovy house number.
